Long uphill to 4300m.
A nice start after a big breakfast and a steady climb up to 4300m. Nice views along the way of the adjacent mountain range. Snowy sleet came in and a bit of a wet downhill followed by a steady uphill to Markam town. Nothing much to report about Markam other than it’s a crossroads town. Feeling the altitude quite a bit by the end.
