Day 20 was a tough one, going cycling up the Mila pass to 5000m. Very slow going. Met a young rider with a crazy gear ratio grinding up the mountain. I’m so pleased with my kit. Works without fault.
Day 21 was a short ride to Ganden Monastery. Then an easy ride into Lhasa. The trip is done, and I enjoyed a few cold beers and a burger. A few days in Lhasa, packing up and seeing the sights. All in all, an interesting trip with mixed emotions about the experience.

第20天相当艰难，骑车翻越米拉山口，海拔高达5000米。骑行速度非常缓慢。遇到一位年轻车手，他用极高的齿比艰难地爬坡。我对自己的装备非常满意，运行毫无瑕疵。
第21天骑行短途前往甘丹寺，随后轻松骑入拉萨。旅程结束了，我享受了几杯冰啤酒和一个汉堡。在拉萨待了几天，收拾行装并游览了景点。总而言之，这是一次有趣的旅程，对这段经历的感受喜忧参半。
